How does direct debit work?

A bank electronically transfers payments from a customer’s checking account to FCC on a designated payment date.

How do customers benefit from direct debit?

  • It’s fast – avoid writing checks, mailing payments and buying stamps
  • It’s free – there is no charge

    How do customers enroll?

Download the application, void a check and mail both to FCC. Customers should continue to make payments as usual until they receive notification that the direct debit authorization is in place.
